1. Candidacy Assessment
The Ministry Competency Assessment Program (MCAP) is designed to support individuals who are considering the vocation of ordained ministry and the groups working with them in the discernment process. It uses a competency model of ministry to highlight areas of alignment and development in the individual’s experience, skills and preferred style.

  2. Vocational Assessment
We provide support for examining vocational options early, mid or late career, using the MCAP to help identify how an individual’s strengths and gifts could be redeployed and more fully realized.

  3. Taking Stock
We provide coaching support and expertise in critical situations requiring intervention and in-depth situational analysis. Extensive interviews and psychological and other assessment tools are used to determine options and desired outcomes, with results and recommendations documented in a formal report. An MCAP Report is included where appropriate.
